I was DQ/Flagged for going above 5 W/kg on a Time Trial race today. I went through the ZADA approval page, but they make it seem like it's a one and done try to get approval.

While I wasn't cheating, I only have a power meter on my indoor trainer and so all of the data that I could submit was from indoor rides. If they deem it bad data, am I just banned if I ever go above 5 W/kg or can I resubmit?

I'm worried I may have submitted data that doesn't reflect my current fitness all because I was being hasty in wanting to get approved without really considering what they wanted.
