Ride Description
Today sees the kick-off of VOLT’s week long celebration for our 1st anniversary of moving to 5 days a week. Along side the regular recovery style shorter intervals (of no more than 3.4w/kg) will be fun and games, including ‘Beacon Hugger, a Sprinting challenge possibly an end of session mini-race) with all winner going into a prize draw that will be made at the end of the week for some goodies.
This is a 3R Group Ride Event. Your co-operation and teamwork is essential to it’s success. We ask that no rider ride off the front of the group. The event is designed as part of 3R’s package of #ProStyleTraining events to assist with the attainment of your training goals and will include intervals over the designated category.
This is not a race so please follow the leader beacon’s (Yellow) instructions and if you are feeling strong please help the keeper beacon (Red) to assist other riders back to the pack. We welcome good banter and hope to create a fun, social atmosphere for your training.
