Description

Welcome to FUSION ECT Racing League. The race series will consist of 10 races each Tuesday (8:10PM CEST / 7:10PM BST / 11:10AM PST) starting from 30. July and ending 1. October.

Categories:
Use your FTP and divide by your weight in kg and pick the correct group. (Find your group on zwiftpower.com)

Category limits:
A/A+: 4.0 W/kg to 5.0 W/kg
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg
D: Under 2.49 W/kg

RULES:
- No Power Ups. Power ups are disabled in race module.
- All racers using zPower will be disqualified and Wheel-on trainers and the Elite Turbo Muin are strictly forbidden as power reporting device. It is ok to use a wheel-on trainer to provide resistance while using an eligible power meter to report power to Zwift/Zwiftpower.
- No TT bikes.
- Both heart rate and cadence data are mandatory for all categories. Riders not using a heart rate monitor and a cadence sensor will be disqualified.
- You need to have a registered account with Zwiftpower.com and accepted their terms and conditions to be in the results of the race.
- Ensure to sign-up in the right category. See category limits above. Riders not respecting the category limits in the races will get a disqualification after the race.
- Riders choosing a lower category than registered on ZwiftPower will get disqualified.
- Riders producing over 5w/kg average will be disqualified unless they show data from more than one source which justify the data.
- Riders producing over 6w/kg average as their best 5 minute, will be disqualified unless they show data from more than one source which justify the data.
- From each FUSION race, the top 3 riders in the A/A+ category can be required to submit data for their performances to the race organizer if requested by the race organizer. These riders also need a weigh-in video present on the facebook group “ZwifTransparency” (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2213931348820159/) and a second source of data. For example, by recording a second power meter to a Garmin/Wahoo/Other head unit together with cadence data. Furthermore access to the riders Strava data is also a requirement for top 3 riders. Failing to supply data if requested by the race organizer will results in a disqualification for the rider.
- Failing to deliver data for the verification process from one stage will automatically disqualify a rider from any future stage in the racing league.
- Any rider failing to deliver data for the verification process will automatically be flagged in any future stage in the racing league.
- We strongly encouraged for A/A++ and B riders to record a second source of power data and cadence data. For example, by recording a second power meter to a Garmin/Wahoo/Other head unit together with cadence data. This is to help streamline the performance verification process – if necessary.
- We encourage everyone to follow the eRacing rules defined by Zwift to start the journey for a more clean eSport: https://zwift.com/p/eracing-rules
