Come and join the Team for our Saturday Rise 'n' Shine Race ideal if you want to get a big effort in early in the weekend due to other commitments. We will choose a varied terrain course that will include flats and climbs so it should appeal to all. A, B, C and D Pens leave together for this one but be sure to sign up to the right Category but feel free to try and hang on to some faster groups.

CRITICAL NOTE - Although everyone is welcome why not join our Team CLS Zwift Power Team to appear in the Teams post race results. This is also a Jersey UNLOCK event so you will also get our kit at the end as a bonus to welcome you to the Team. After the race Non - Team CLS Zwiftpower members will have their data recategorized as ‘NON CLS’ and will sit in a single CAT of their own, so follow this link to sign up NOW, we apologise in advance for this and welcome all new members without approval. NON CLS riders will still be able to view your stats we do not DQ you like some other groups so don’t worry you will not lose your ZP Data.

When entering your CAT please please be honest, this one aspect fundamental to Team CLS members. If in doubt take your FTP and then divide by your weight in kg then pick the correct CAT from the events listing. If you are borderline why not pick the higher and challenge yourself.

A: 4.0 W/kg FTP or higher
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg FTP
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg FTP
D: Under 2.49 W/kg FTP

We run a Team Facebook Group, which we encourage people to follow for news and other group ride info and events and a place where you can even order our kit to wear in real life. It is also a great place to ask any questions you may have about Zwift and we will do our best to answer them for you. We have tried to put together a FULL weekly package that will allow riders to both enjoy their indoor sessions and back that up with some great workouts that will improve your fitness. Our Rides are entertaining throughout, and we have some fantastic regulars on every ride, so what are you waiting for, come and join us.
