.fit files not analyzed since Jan 15th [resolved, not a bug]

Please take a look at my profile: https://www.zwiftpower.com/profile.php?z=984823

Not a single .fit file for the last 12 races since mid-January. 100% missing not just occasionally. Almost everybody else in the same races has them. Sometimes just few minutes after the race already. Rather frustrating to lose all the stats.

I don't remember changing anything in my conf or routine. I log on, warm up for 10-20 mins in the default world until I'm moved to the world where the race takes place. Race. Then cool down for 5-10 minutes in the same world as the race was held. Then exit uploading to Strava. And that's it for the day.

Three races ago I tried uninstalling + deleting the user/docs/zwift folder and the zwift program folder and reinstalling. I forgot to clear IE cookies but I really doubt it matters.

I just checked zwiftalizer.com output not that it should be even relevant but it seems fine as well.

I've read on the forum that Zwift API sucks and it occasionally corrupts files etc and that causes the data to be missing but this is not occasional any more. It's every time for me but working normally (95%+) for everybody else in the very same races. So, there's something else going on here, I think. Any ideas? Thanks.

That is strange but can only think it is bad luck.

There is nothing unusual in what you decribe that would cause any issue.

I also tried disconnecting / reocnnecting /opting out/in of all the integrations between zwift, zwiftpower and strava. Just in case. Didn't help either.

But today after 19 failures in a row the .fit file got to ZP! Yay. For no apparent reason.

Great news :-)

Well, got excited too early. Back to fit files not being parsed. Just made a new PB of 10.6 w/kg 15s sprint today but it's lost for zwiftpower due to this bug because the live stats have less granularity.

The .fit files are available and not corrupt! I can see the them all in my Activities tab on ZP and download and import into Golden Cheetah. Works just fine. I am certain it's a different bug than you mentioned earlier. It seems that they're available from Zwift for some reason they have not been parsed/analyzed by Zwift Power. I hope you can fix the bug and trigger the process again for my profile as well. "update activity list and find missing events" button does not do that unfortunately. It already has all the data, just need to parse. 20+ events.

It appears that your computers clock is incorrectly set. The timestamps inside your .fit files are 2 hours before the event started.

Ahh, damn, I installed Windows as dual boot for Zwifting and it just refuses to have correct time whatever I do. Randomly decides to "forget" the right timezone and go back to UTC. So I just ignored it and let it be 2h off. But I'll have it sorted now.

Thank you very much James!
