Listening to the recent In the Pens podcast, they were discussing Drafting and the various ways that Zwift changes things when you are drafting, e.g. lower watts needed, the bar graph, avatar sits up.

But the commentators both agreed that they didn't think Zwift changed the trainer resistance (i.e. easier) when you are drafting.

I had always thought (assumed) that Zwift did. It would be reasonably easy for them to change the effective resistance following various standard formulas.

But possibly they don't.

Anyone have any hard (or soft) data or answers?
