No easier way than to just go through the list of events, it'll show staggered (or not) start times just below the course profile. The same event will pretty much always have the same setup, so you can find a few staples to match your usual ride days. For ad-hoc riding, it’s back to the list.
Races under 20 minutes are already not counted. If there's categories, there'll be a boundary. Someone is going to be between two categories no matter how you slice them. I’m not sure how much point there is to pushing for a change under the current system. The only real way to fight it is ranking-based categories, and that’s already in the works. I guess count me as a vote to make it a priority, but other than that…
Heavier people aren’t favored; they just tend to have more absolute watts and absolute watts are more important than W/kg on nearly every course in Zwift.

Looks like a bug in race settings, everybody was forced on TT bikes which obviously isn’t great because there’s no draft… maybe make sure the settings aren’t wrong in any other race?
Max a little over 1300 W? 1100 W for 15 sec? High on a trainer but far from impossible numbers.
