This is a Zwift Academy Sprint Workout! This is an opportunity to work on speed.We'll ride at about 2.2 w/kg, keeping group together. We'll do one sprint in each and every lap, using the official course sprint start point and end banner. Recover and regroup after each sprint. Listen to your ride leader and have a great workout!
