Race information

This is a Zwift Academy Climb Workout. The group will stay together at a 2.2 w/kg pace. We'll do 2 steep climbs during the ride, the forward and reverse QOMs. At the start of these climbs, we'll keep a steady pace up, at 80%-85% of FTP (rate of perceived excertion of 8 of 10- 10 is hardest). We'll take it easy once we reach QOM banner to regroup. The remainder of the course has a few smaller and shorter climbs, which we'll push at 80-85% of FTP again to add some elevation. This is how you get stronger in the hills! Listen to your leader and enjoy the ride!
