Description

This is a GROUP RIDE brought to you by riders from Zwift Philippines to help draw attention to "Bikes for the Philippines", a non-profit organization (foundation) which provides donated/used bicycles to deserving underprivileged students in the Philippines. All are welcome to join this easy pace GROUP RIDE for a relaxing recovery spin or just to have a worry-free ride.

This is NOT A RACE. Please respect the ride pace (steady and consistent at 2.0-2.5 w/kg) and follow the leader's instructions.

For the first 2 laps, everyone is expected to stay with the group, around (preferably behind )the leader (YELLOW BEACON). Stronger riders are encouraged to join the SWEEPER (RED BEACON) in helping struggling riders at the back to rejoin the main group.

Feel free to ask questions and join the group discussion. Zwift chat messaging will be used throughout the ride. Discord option: https://discord.gg/SYrUBRr (join the voice channel and set push to talk to avoid echo feedback)

Pedal harder and hit the sprints along the route but always remember to slow down after to regroup around the YELLOW BEACON. For the 3rd lap, riders who wish to sprint to the finish will be given a ""Ready... Go, Go, Go!"" instruction by the ride leader.

The rest of the group can continue and ride with YELLOW BEACON for the last lap.
